Abstract
Chitosan encapsulated quantum dots (CS-Qdots) exhibit fascinating optical properties and can efficiently deliver genes into cells in a visualized process. By using CS-Qdots as gene carriers, specific hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) expressed firefly luciferase genes (p[HRE]AFP-luc) were transfected into HCC cells for hepatoma bioluminescence imaging. The results obtained in this study show that nanocarrier CS-Qdots can be excited by the luciferase coded in the genes delivered into the cells.

When the FCC last year allowed testimony submission about such health effects, the bureaucracy closed the process without acknowledging the submitted evidence of harm. Environmental Health Trust then sued to force FCC to lawfully consider these serious investigations questioning the safety of the industry’s rampant growth - especially its recent fifth generation (5G) for the “Internet of Things” movement.

On June 15, 2020, the stock market dropped 700 points and then recovered upon the news that the Fed would be buying corporate bonds in the secondary market. It has been projected that by the end of 2020, the Fed will have purchased $3.5 trillion in government securities.
